Instrumen Literasi Digital Guru Menggunakan Model Rasch

The development of digital technology provides a significant role in the learning process. However, its utilization is very closely related to skills possessed by teacher. These can be identified with literacy instruments. This study aims measure accuracy and feasibility instruments for teachers. type research used descriptive quantitative non-experimental/survey design. sample consisted 96 teachers teaching at State Aliyah Madrasah Palembang City, South Sumatra. data was obtained from an analysis teacher's instrument questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Rasch model. results showed that item separation value 3.54 where could identify respondent's group. reliability 0.93 which categorized as good. Cronbach Alpha 0.90 indicates good consistent. raw variance explained measures 31.8% actually able what it should measure. classification difficulty level difficult, easy, easy. DIF show there are no items biased or only detrimental one gender. So concluded meets requirements material abilities MAN City.
